Jigsaw Connect collects and processes minimal data strictly required to deliver, preserve, and protect your gameplay experience.

A. Automated Cloud Sync & Player ID (Save Code)

The game utilizes an automated, privacy-first Cloud Sync mechanism powered by Google Cloud Firestore. Each player is automatically assigned a unique pseudonymized Player ID and Save Code (e.g., JS-XXXX-XXXX). Your gameplay progress, completed level identifiers, virtual gold coin balances, hint counts, and unlocked collectibles are continuously and securely backed up to Google Cloud Firestore in real time.

This allows players to restore their complete game progress seamlessly across devices using their private Save Code without requiring mandatory third-party social media logins or personal credential tracking.

B. Local Device Storage

Offline cache, theme preferences, board frames, and audio volume toggles are saved locally on your device storage to ensure smooth, responsive gameplay even without an internet connection.

C. In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)

All digital purchases for optional virtual coin packages (e.g. 5,000 to 100,000 Gold Coins) and ad-removal items are processed exclusively and securely through official Google Play Billing. We never collect, process, access, or store credit card numbers, debit cards, bank accounts, or financial credentials on our servers.

D. In-Game Advertisements (Google AdMob)

The game displays banner ads, interstitial break ads, and voluntary rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may process pseudonymous device advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID / GAID) and diagnostic telemetry to serve appropriate advertisements in compliance with Google's advertising policies.

3. Data Usage, Security & Encryption

We process collected data exclusively for the following legitimate purposes:

• To synchronize, preserve, and restore your puzzle progress across sessions and devices.
• To verify virtual coin balances and unlock gallery collectibles.
• To maintain app stability, security, and prevent fraud or exploitation.

Encryption in Transit: All communications between the mobile application and Google Cloud Firestore servers are encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS / TLS (Transport Layer Security).

Access Control: Data stored in Google Cloud Firestore is safeguarded by strict role-based Firestore Security Rules, ensuring access is restricted strictly to the authorized player.

No Sale of Personal Data: We strictly do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or monetize personal information to data brokers or third parties.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Jigsaw Connect is a casual, family-friendly jigsaw puzzle game suitable for general audiences of all ages. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has submitted personal information to our servers, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly take steps to delete such records from our database.

5. User Rights & Self-Service Data Deletion

We respect your fundamental rights to access, manage, and delete your data at any time:

• Permanent Cloud Data Deletion: You can permanently erase your cloud account and all associated game progress data at any time directly within the game via: Settings > Delete Cloud Account & Data Permanently.
• Local Progress Reset: You can wipe all local storage data via Settings > Reset All Progress or by clearing app storage in your Android device settings.
• Email Request: You may also request deletion of any cloud records linked to your Save Code by emailing the developer at the address below.
